All products sold through The Cannabis Business Advisors' online store are digital products. Because these products are generally available for immediate download, all sales are final once access to the purchased materials has been provided, except as required by applicable law.

We do not generally offer refunds for changes of mind, unused purchases, or failure to review product descriptions before purchasing.

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, defective, or inaccessible file, please contact marketing@thecannabisbusinessadvisors.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review the circumstances and work to provide a corrected file, replacement access, or another appropriate resolution, including a refund where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
